The Machine Pistol is based on the TEC-DC9 Mini and it has the vom Feuer logo on both sides of its body. It also has an inscription that says 9mm FULL AUTO that makes it clear that this gun uses 9mm ammo and has a fully-automatic firing mode. This weapon comes with a barrel extension already fixed to it. It can only be fitted with a suppressor most likely due to the absence of picatinny rails.
The Machine Pistol is the most compact submachine gun in the game. This weapon has an ammo capacity of 12 rounds that can be extended up to 20 rounds with an extended clip. However, the Combat PDW is a much better weapon as compared to this as it gives higher damage per shot.
The only downside to this gun is the magazine capacity and lack of attachments that can be fitted. It can take out armored targets in 3-5 shots to the body and take out pedestrians in 2 shots. This gun can even be used from medium to long range which is a plus point for such a compact firearm.

Despite being classed as a submachine gun, it uses the same aiming reticule with the other pistols.
Like most handguns, the Machine Pistol's reload animation may vary if it has a round in the chamber or not.
In GTA San Andreas, the Tec-9 has a much slower fire rate when crouch-shooting.
