Hinoki is one of the non-playable characters in the game Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2. He is the head of the Valley of the Great Evil village that sealed the Spirit Beast.

Hinoki is the one who took the responsibility to keep the Spirit Beast sealed, but Gensho Ryudoin (another supporting character in Naruto: Oath of the Ninja 2) broke the seal with the help of his brothers. When Hinoki got informed about the broken seal of the Spirit Beast, he gave a mirror to his granddaughter Nazuna but later, when Nazuna went to the cave to see her grandfather, the Spirit Beast possessed him and made him fall off a cliff. It is still unknown for certain whether Hinoki is dead or not.
Hinoki is brave and has a strong will. When the Spirit Beast seal was broken, he went to check it out even though he knew it was life-threatening.
