Although, the real name of the clan is still unknown, this clan as produced strong shinobi with exceptional skillset. The Fourth and Fifth Kazekage of the Hidden Sand Village, as well as the village's ambassador, are significant examples of the clan's notable members who have held positions of great authority. Little more is known about the clan. Temari's marriage has given the clan some contact with the Nara Clan of the Hidden Leaf Village.

Rasa

Rasa was the Fourth Kazekage of the Hidden Sand Village. He was feared across the Five Great Nations because of his capabilities as he possessed Magnetic Release Kekkei Genkai. His use of Gold Dust was feared across borders. To protect the Hidden Sand Village, he decided to make his unborn son, Gaara, the Jinchuriki of the One-Tailed Beast, Shukaku. He was killed by Orochimaru as a part of his elaborate plan to destroy the HiddenLeaf Village.

Gaara

Gaara is a shinobi of Hidden Sand Village. Shukaku, the One-Tailed Beast was sealed within him even before he came to this world. Being the Jinchuriki of Shukaku, he was feared by the residents of the Hidden Sand Village and was treated like he was some monster. He then started to act like a monster to disregard the pain he felt in his heart.

After his encounter with Naruto Uzumaki, he decided to change his ways and eventually became the Fifth Kazekage of the Hidden Sand Village. He was captured by the Akatsuki and died when they extracted Shukaku from him. He was then brought back to life by Lady Chiyo with forbidden ninjutsu as she used her life energy to revive him and died as a consequence of using the technique.

Kankuro

Kankuro is a strong shinobi from the Hidden Sand Village. He is Rasa’s elder son and Gaara's big brother. Kankuro is a skilled puppet master, so much so that Sasori of the Red Sand, a master puppeteer, acknowledged his skills. Despite being first scared of his younger sibling, Kankuro grew to believe in Gaara and his goal to succeed their father as the Kazekage. He stood beside him every step of the way and supported Gaara in every way possible.

Temari

Temari is the eldest of the Three Sand Siblings and she is a former kunoichi of the Hidden Sand Village. She married Shikamaru Nara of the Hidden Leaf after the Fourth Great Ninja War had ended and migrated to the Hidden Leaf Village. She is a skilled Wind Release user and usually carries around a Giant Folding Fan with her. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, she went toe to toe with many legendary shinobi and even confronted Madara Uchiha and previous Kages of different villages. After her marriage to Shikamaru, she gave birth to Shikadai Nara, the heir of the Nara Clan.
