She was asleep on the Thunder Train when it suddenly changed course. When she woke up, she found herself stuck with other passengers. Oga appeared and conducted experiments to test their survival skills. In the first test, Kakesu trusted Rokuro, who tricked her into releasing him, but then Rokuro left her, falling from the platform.
However, it was all part of a genjutsu, and everyone was in suspended animation. Boruto, determined to save Yatsume, realized the truth, and she broke free from the genjutsu, saving everyone.
Kakesu is a determined and trusting person. She can be easily deceived but is resilient, showing courage when faced with challenges.
