Rai Uchiha in Naruto

Rai Uchiha awakened the Manekyo Sharingan at a young age and is also able to use the Izanagi, which was one of the Legendary techniques of the Uchiha Clan. Not only that, because he wanted to rule the world and wanted the Uchiha clan to be the only superior clan left in the world, he manipulated his clan members to be with him.

When Rai and his clansmen encountered an opposing force, the other immediately used a trap to eliminate Rai's allies. Rai, however, ruined the result by giving up his left eye so he could use Izanagi. He proudly said that the Uchiha clan was unbeatable because of the potent dojutsu after the enemies had been wiped out. But Baru Uchiha killed him because he was also the user of Izanagi.

Power-hungry Rai became obsessed with the powers Izanagi gave him, even after abusing its might and losing his left eye to blindness. He further claimed that it was a method that would grant his clan invincibility.

Baru Uchiha claimed that Rai had the unwanted habit of ordering people around. As a result of his might, Rai wanted to rule not only the Uchiha clan but the entire shinobi world, demonstrating his ambition, if not outright megalomania. Rai also thought that outcomes are all that matter in the shinobi world.

Rai had shoulder-length Black hair and black color eyes. He was dressed in the traditional Uchiha clan mantle, which featured the clan's emblem on the back. He additionally wore a belt and harness in the form of an "X" with several pouches and a large equipment pouch on the back.

A sword was also strapped to his back. His Mangekyo Sharingan was shaped like a dark spiral that circled his pupil.

Rai had access to the Sharingan because he was an Uchiha and he could use Izanagi, one of its most legendary techniques. He was so skilled at using the potent technique that he could target other people outside of his nearby surroundings even influencing a whole battlefield. Rai had use of the Mangekyo Sharingan as well.

It had a pattern of three tiny lines circling inwardly toward the pupil and three thicker swirls doing the same. Rai was also capable of using Kinjutsu, as most of the Uchiha clan members learned from the start, and most Uchiha members are skilled with swords and kunai.
