The Granger in GTA V is a sport utility vehicle that features North American styling, with design cues taken from the tenth generation Chevrolet Suburban and the GMC Sierra. The front of the SUV has a geometric design, with a central trim area at the base of the front bumper that has elevated rectangles made from a polymer and circular fog lamps on either side.
The main grille has three main horizontal chrome strips, with the middle strip bearing the manufacturer emblem, and the headlight units have two main wider sections split by a continuation of the grille's central chrome strip.
The sides of the body feature elevated wheel arches, with long running boards at the bottom and black horizontal handles, and angled lines between the arches. The roof has six longitudinal ridges and a roof rail at either side, along with a roof spoiler at the top of the rear windscreen.
The bumper bears a black upper surface and wide moldings for the dual-exit, dual squared exhausts. The SUV is fitted with high profile tires and split five-spoke rims, similar to the "Dune Basher'' off-road wheels available in Los Santos Customs, and the wheel color gives a slight tint/shade of the selected color that is more visible on the silver/chrome areas.
The Granger is a powerful 4x4 SUV with a turbocharged V8 engine and stable design, making it ideal for off-road escapes and sustaining multiple assaults. It can hold up to eight passengers and barrel through most cars on the road. Its main downside is its relatively low ride height, which can make certain obstacles an issue.

The Granger does not have any prominent appearances in the storyline missions of GTA V.
Often seen in Blaine County, mostly on Route 68 that runs through Harmony, and Paleto Bay.
Sometimes spawns near Fort Zancudo's east checkpoint on a dirt road.
In the enhanced version of the game, the civilian Granger had LED police lights much like its unmarked counterpart, albeit non-functioning. These were removed in an update.
By scrolling through the "Window Tints" options without selecting anything, one can keep either the Light Smoke tint or the Limo tint. Because of this behaviour, there is no way to remove the window tint entirely.
The default radio station of the Granger is Non Stop Pop FM.
