He can be heard talking about how economic conspiracies are destroying the economy and will lead to a crisis by 2014. He then promotes his Pyramid Scheme known as the Binder New World Wealth System. It is on his website Iwillsurviveitall.com on which an investment of $10,000 is to be made as a contribution towards the scheme.

Bill appears to be somewhere in his fifties and is semi-bald. He is seen dressed in a formal attire that consists of a purple shirt with the sleeves folded up to the elbows. To go with the shirt is a yellow tie and black formal pants. He wears a wrist watch on his left hand and black formal shoes and has a french beard.
