Clinton Residence In GTA 5

At the start of the game, Franklin Clinton and his aunt Denise live in this house which they inherited from Franklin's grandmother. Later, Franklin agrees to take care of Lamar Davis's Rottweiler named Chop who starts living in the house with Franklin and Denise.

The safehouse is a single-story bungalow where the player's game can be saved. It has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and back garden. The interior is decorated with spiritual and tribal ornaments and artwork.

There is a garage that can store one car and one motorcycle. The radio station playing inside the house is Radio Los Santos. Chop’s kennel is located in the back garden.

During gameplay, Franklin can visit the house to save the game. He can also heal using the first-aid kit from the kitchen where he can also drink a beer. Franklin can take a hit from the supply of joints in the living room where the television can also be interacted with.

After Franklin moves out of this house and into 3671 Whispymound Drive, Denise and Franklin have a feud over the house after which Denise even sends him an email forbidding him from re-entering the house. Franklin is sometimes seen returning to the house to pick stuff up or check on his aunt.

• For all characters, but more relevantly Franklin, if the player manages to get into the house after Franklin being evicted, they can still find Denise inside.

• The house plays no role in the storyline of Grand Theft Auto Online. However, it is mentioned by Franklin and Lamar that Denise still resides in this house in 2021.

• It is possible to access the interior of the safehouse after Franklin moves out, by going to the roof of the house, switching to another character and then switching back. The player spawns inside, however he cannot save the game, even if playing as Franklin.

• When playing as Michael or Trevor, if the player fires his weapon at the house, Denise can be heard inside complaining and shouting. If the player continues, Franklin will eventually call or text them to stop firing.
