This farm has two Maze Bank foreclosure signs at the entrance which means it is in debt of the Maze Bank. It does not appear to have any vegetation round it might just be a storage space for farming equipment used for other surrounding farms. Two small animal pens beside the farmhouse contain pigs and chickens.
The foreclosed farm has a few sheds, a warehouse/farmhouse, and a trailer and other farming equipment outside. Tanks and containers can be found outside the farmhouse. There are redneck NPCs inside the farmhouse who turn hostile towards the player if the player hangs around the place for too long.
This location makes no appearance in the storyline of GTA V and is not part of any missions.
The farm is the location of one of the meth labs that the player needs to destroy during The Lost Contract/Finale.
The Gerald mission "Hit 'Em Up" requires the player to travel to the farm and kill a Ballas associate called Small F.
