The Fugitive in GTA V is based on the Holden VE Commodore and has a sporty appearance with a main central vent on the front bumper, flared arches and skirts on the side, and a small boot/trunk area with a curved end resembling a ducktail spoiler.
The rear of the car is dominated by the boot/trunk lid with a chrome strip, the Cheval emblem above, and the silver lettering on the passenger side. It has a unique set of 10-spoke rims and only spawns in a variety of single colors applied on the bodywork. The interior is the same as the Stanier and the Taxi.
The Fugitive is a fast four-door sedan with a high top speed and above-average handling, making it one of the fastest vehicles in its class. It has a twin-cam 4 cylinder engine, and while its power and sharp handling may cause some oversteer, it can perform tight maneuvers around traffic. Braking is acceptable but not exceptional.
Overall, it is an average performer for its class, sharing average handling and acceleration but an impressive top speed, similar to other performance cars in the game. Its engine sound is shared with muscle cars like the Gauntlet, the Sabre Turbo and the Buffalo S.

Can be purchased from the Southern San Andreas Super Autos for $24,000.
The default radio station for the Fugitive in GTA V is Non Stop Pop FM.
The vehicle was mistakenly referred to as the Vapid Fugitive on the Southern San Andreas Super Autos website in the 1.06 update. A Newswire article from 23rd December 2013 also refers to it under this name.
Southern San Andreas Super Autos states that there is a police version of the Fugitive, again referencing the Chevrolet Caprice, yet there is no police car based on it found in the game.
