Lester’s Warehouse is an inaccessible warehouse that is not used by him during the events of GTA V. In GTA Online this location appears in various missions given to the player by Lester Crest. This warehouse has a curved roof with many vent tubes visible on the top.
The shutter of the warehouse always remains closed and a few boxes can be seen scattered around the exterior of the warehouse.
This location plays no role in the events of GTA V story mode.
In GTA Online, at one point, Lester Crest wants the player to retrieve Gustavo Mota, and bring him to the warehouse.
In the mission "By Land, Sea and Air", Lester orders the player to steal two Buzzard Attack Choppers from the rooftop of the main Pier 400 warehouse, which are being used by Merryweather Security due to their increase in scale of domestic operations, and to bring them to his warehouse.
