Patricia Madrazo in GTA 5

Born in Mexico in 1956, Patricia married Martin Madrazo in 1983 after moving to San Andreas at an unknown point of time before that. They are unhappily married as Martin Madrazo doesn’t treat her well. He even has his mistress Natalia Zverovna staying in his house who he is cheating on Patricia with.

Patricia Madrazo is first seen in the mission Caida Libre after which Trevor kidnaps her as he notices that she is being ill-treated by Martin Madrazo and due to an argument that broke out between Trevor and Martin. Patricia is then held captive in Trevor’s trailer where Michael is also living as they have to lay low and cannot go back to Los Santos because Madrazo’s men are on the lookout for them.

Patricia does not try to escape from Sandy Shores while she is being held hostage and instead helps clean Trevor’s trailer and maintain his garden.

Soon the feud with Martin Madrazo is settled and Trevor has to sadly drive Patricia back to the Madrazo residence. Trevor warns Martin to take care of Patricia or he will be back for her. After this, throughout the rest of the storyline Patricia and Trevor keep in touch on call and through email which hints at a relationship between them.

Patrica Madrazo is a mexican woman in her late 50s, dressed in pink joggers and a jacket of the same colour under which she wears a blue top. She has brown curly hair and brown eyes. She is seen wearing a black rosary around her neck and wearing white sports shoes.

• Due to a glitch, occasionally when returning to the trailer as either Trevor or Michael, Patricia will have wandered off and not be present in either the trailer or the yard. Neither character appears to be concerned about this.

• Trevor can sometimes see Patricia and Michael sitting on the couch in Trevor's trailer and hear Patricia and Michael chat about Trevor.

• If Cletus is befriended, he can send a text to Trevor stating that he left a pie at the trailer and "met Patricia... glad you're finally settling down."
