Yuina Itomaki in Naruto

Yuina, Eho Norimaki, and Himawari Uzumaki took Konoha Ninja Academy trial classes together to know if she was good enough to be the shinobi. She was surprised to see Himawari as the Hokage daughter (Naruto Uzumaki).

Yuina then took part in trials and in the first test, they had to go through some hurdles where she came last and then failed to walk on the wall using her chakra. But later, alongside Eho and Himawari, they could catch the lost cat in their 2nd test. After the test, they all decided to become shinobis.

Later, Yuina, Eno, and Himawari found a few suspicious guys doing something and they decided to follow the men. After that, Himawari went to Boruto to ask for help from them, which Boruto and Mitsuki accepted. They saw Amado dealing with the bad guys at the Knoha train station area and told Yuino to go home.

When she joined the Academy, Yuina was excited to be in the same class as Himawari and Eho. It was surprising to see the older student Kawaki joining, too. Yuina was also amazed to learn that Kae Yukiwari, the exchange student from the Land of Bamboo, was a princess.

Yuina was in a group of students who explored the Academy at night to check out its Seven Mysteries. She stuck around until the end but ended up fainting. Her story about mistaking Shino, covered in glowing paint, for a ghost in the faculty room became the seventh mystery.

Yuina was on a team with Doseki and Ran during a practical lesson. Later, she helped set up a school play about the Sannin and ensured her classmates looked good in their costumes for the festival. When there was a terrorist threat on the festival day, Yuina stayed inside.

After Hana, their teacher was hospitalized from the terrorist attack, Yuina welcomed her back with the class. They had survival training on an uninhabited island to make up for the cancelled festival. There were some challenges like Kikuchiyo getting hurt and food supplies disappearing.

There was even a rumor about the killer missing-nin on the island. Everyone formed groups to find food and later to search for Neon's damaged drone. By night, they all enjoyed their food.

One day, the class heard an explosion and found Kawaki and Himawari. They revealed that Hana, their teacher, was an assassin who had killed Kae. Himawari thought Hana did it to keep Kae as a hostage.

The students teamed up to find them, and Kawaki, who was a shinobi, joined in. They tracked them to a dangerous cave, but Kawaki praised the students and took over. Eiki still wanted to help, so they went to the docks to spread the word.

They met Sai from Team 25, who came to the island after learning about Hana's background. They found Hana defeated, and her teacher's side fought against the assassin's side.

The teacher's side won with the students' encouragement, and Hana regained control. Kae had to return home, so the class finally put on the Sannin play. They later said goodbye to Kae at the train station.

Yuina is an adventurous and determined person as she likes exploring and investigating, as seen when she joined in on exploring the Academy's mysteries at night. She also takes part in school activities, such as helping with a play. Yuina cares about her classmates and is willing to stand up for what she believes in, like when there was a threat during the festival, and she chose to stay inside. Overall, she's a curious and supportive friend.

Yuina has stylish indigo hair with short bangs at the front and long, curled bangs hanging freely on each side. She ties her hair into round ponytails on both sides, adding her royal blue eyes to her distinctive look. She opts for a white kimono fastened with a grey obi and a crimson cord for her outfit.

Completing her ensemble, she wears blue shorts and blue shinobi sandals. Yuina's appearance reflects a blend of traditional and practical elements, making her stand out with a unique and fashionable style.

Yuina is skilled in various ninja abilities as she's quick and agile, using her speed to her advantage. In addition, she has a good understanding of ninja techniques and strategies. Yuina is physically capable and clever in using her skills during missions or challenges. Her abilities make her a valuable asset to her team, and she's always ready to contribute with her ninja prowess.
