Amachi in Naruto

Amachi was the loyal servant of Orochimaru and together, they kidnapped some citizens of the Land of Sea village to do experiments on them. One of Amachi's successful experiments is on Isaribi, who was able to turn herself into a Kaima that killed many fishermen and citizens of the Land of Sea. He promised Isaribi that he would make her human again but to do so, he kept making her kill the citizens and kidnapping them for his experiments. Later, Yoroi Akado and Misumi Tsurugi started work for him, and together they started to steal a cargo ship that the Land of Water sent to the Land of Sea.

After some time, the Land of Sea asked assistance from Konoha to send some shinobi to guard the cargo ship against the Sea Monster, who is actually Isaribi in Kaima form. Lady Tsunade selected Naruto Uzumaki, Ino Yamanaka, and Shino Aburame under Anko Mitarashi's lead.

Amachi already knows Anko because Orochimaru found her in the Land of Sea and then took her as his student and did an experiment on her. Orochimaru used Anko as a test subject for his Cursed Seal of Heaven. Anko was the lone survivor out of the ten subjects. Amachi was also one of the assistants of Orochimaru, who helped him do these experiments. Later, when Orochimaru loses interest in the Sea Monster experiment, he leaves the experiment, making Amachi angry and he stops following Orochimaru.

When Team Anko fought Amachi and his assistant, he transformed into his complete Kaima form and summoned Umibozu (Water Monster) that captured Naruto but because of Naruto's Nine Tailed Fox chakra, he was able to escape and defeat Amachi, but again, Umibozu attacked Naruto. Naruto then summoned Gamabunta, who used his oil technique together with explosive tags that Naruto used to make Umibozu burn down completely. Anko caught Amachi and took him to Konoha village for interrogation.

Amachi is a selfish and greedy person who just wants to use people for his own needs. He is also a liar because he kept lying to Isaribi that he would turn her into a human again, if she kept doing what he told her. He is also overconfident in his knowledge and skills.

Amachi in human form has green hair and wears a white lab coat that most doctors and researchers wear. He has fair skin and a broad nose.

When Amachi turned into his complete Kaima form, his eyes went red and his whole body turned green, like a humanoid fish.

Amachi has great knowledge and a great medical ninja ability to control chakra and use a scalpel as a weapon. When he turns into Kaima form, he has the ability to use Scale Senbon (spreads his arms and launches his scales at high velocity at the target), Summoning Technique (Umibozu), and Water Release: Large Projectile (uses a large amount of water that is sharp and precise to cut any hard object).
