Amai in Naruto

Amai is from the Land of Lighting (The Village Hidden in the Clouds). He first appeared in Naruto Shippuden when Nigai and the Fourth Raikage are attacked by the Nokizaru Group, who had been hired to retrieve the scroll, while they are returning from a secret mission in the Sugi Village.

Amai came to rescue them and tried to treat Karai, who had an explosive insect in his chest cavity, but Amai failed to treat him as he admitted that he was not this skillful. He spotted Tsunade while in town and told the Raikage about it. Karai objected but the Raikage said he would have Tsunade heal him.

Amai requested Tsunade to help when they saw her, but she refused because of the hatred between the two countries. Later, Tsunade told Shizune to extract the exploding insect from Karai’s chest Cavity, and Amai assisted her in the procedure.

Amai is a calm and composed Medical Ninja who knows his abilities and limitations. He is mature, which was shown when he requested Tsunade for help even when the two nations didn't have a stable relationship.

Amai had brown hair with a few hair fringes hung over his white head protector, engraved with the Kumogakure sign on it. He's dressed in the Kumogakure uniform with no sleeves and a closed collar.

As a Medical shinobi, he can use Mystical Palm Technique which can heal injuries and help the ninja gain their chakra.
