Very little is known about Azami’s past as her heritage is still shrouded in mystery. Due to her limited appearances in the series, little is known about his lineage or background. She brought rice balls for her grandfather every day at his alleged grave because she didn't think he had passed away and believed that he was still alive and well.

Azami is a young woman with shoulder-length side bangs (which slightly cover her left eye) and light brown hair pulled back in a high ponytail. She also has thin eyebrows and stone-grey eyes. She was seen dressed in red pants and a high-collared yellow and black jacket paired with standard sandals.
