Fox-Masked Anbu Member in Naruto

Not much is known about this man’s background and childhood. So far, he has served Konohagakure during the Fifth Hokage’s reign.

Part I

Yakumo Kurama Rescue Mission

He was tasked with protecting Yakumo Kurama and the residence she was staying in, as well as keeping an eye on her unstable genjutsu powers. After she snuck out and attacked Konoha, he and two medical-nin restrained her and returned her to the family before Naruto Uzumaki could interfere.

He and two other medical-nin were later surrounded by mysterious shinobi. After sending one of the medical-nin to get assistance, he confronted the intruders and presumably defeated them all before realizing that he was caught in a genjutsu. He was later freed after Guy’s team defeated the Kurama clan.

Part II

Pain’s Assault

During the Pain’s Invasion in Konoha, he, Yūgao Uzuki and other two Anbu members protected Tsunade, while she was using Katsuyu to heal the injured villagers.

When Pain approached them, he and the Anbu focused their chakra on their feet to counter the ability of their opponent. When Pain launched a massive attack, he was caught in the crossfire and separated from the rest of the squad. What happened to him after that is unknown.

He has shot shaggy brown hair and wears a white fox mask with two blue marks on either side of his face. He is dressed in standard Konoha Anbu’s attire.

Since he is an Anbu, he is probably a very powerful shinobi. He carries a sword which hints at his skills in kenjutsu. He has also shown proficiency with shuriken, being able to effectively hit multiple targets at one without missing any of them.
