Genzo is a fictional character in the popular manga and its anime adaptation, the Naruto series, written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

Genzo is a character in the Naruto series that first appeared in Naruto Episode 2 titled, “My Name is Konohamaru!” He is a photographer by profession and takes pictures of newly graduated genin to be used for their ninja profile.

Very little is known about Genzo’s past. Due to his limited appearances in the series, little is known about his lineage or background other than the fact that he is a photographer by profession and takes pictures of newly graduated genin to be used for their ninja profile.
Additionally, Genzo was tasked with shooting Team Minato’s picture in the past. He was seen to be annoyed at Obito's tardy arrival.
Genzo first appeared in the Prologue - Land of Waves. In this arc, He takes Naruto Uzumaki’s picture for his ninja profile but is not sure about Naruto’s use of war paint for his ninja profile picture.
Genzo has not appeared since this incident; thus, his absence makes it impossible to say whether he is dead or alive. He is currently assumed to be alive and well unless any information indicates otherwise.
Genjo is an old man and seems impatient in nature. He does not like childish behavior as he was not pleased by Naruto’s choice of war paint but is still mature enough to do his job even though he isn’t entirely on board with it.
Genzo is an elderly man with round glasses, dark eyes, and a balding head. He has a tuft of white hair on each side of his head. He is dressed in a white t-shirt inside of a tan jacket with a black hood.
