During his fight with Jiraiya, Pain’s Animal Path summoned the Giant Rhino. He just managed to avoid it as it charged towards his shadow clone. It attempted to attack once again, but Gamaken stopped it and destroyed it.
It was summoned by the female Animal Path of Pain in Konohagakure after the village’s Intelligence Division building was found, and it exploded inside. It battled Ibiki Morino, but lost after being imprisoned. Ibiki, however, escaped from its captivity and charged at the Konoha Torture and Interrogation Force after being defeated by the Animal Path.
After Pain destroyed the village, it was de-summoned. Later, it was summoned again to battle Naruto Uzumaki. As it charged towards Naruto, he stopped it in its tracks, threw it into the air, and later Gamaken killed it.
It had several body piercings and Rinnegan which marked that it was under Pain’s command. It also had dark markings around its eyes. It resembled a usual rhinoceros but had little wings on its back. Also, it had a huge chakra receiver implanted on its forehead. It also had a short tail and large pointed ears.
It had immense raw force because of its size and nature, and after charging into a building, it could completely destroy it. It had a visual connection with the rest of Pain’s summons via the Rinnegan. Although it is unknown if it ever had the ability to fly, it also had a small pair of severely damaged wings.
