Hikaru Uchiha was a member of the Uchiha clan before the founding of Konohagakure. Even though he was one of the youngest in the Uchiha clan, he was the most powerful Ninja and had great leadership skills. Not a lot of information in available on him as he was extra in the series.

Hikaku had shoulder length brown hair which he toes in a high ponytail. He wore a high- collared purple shirt that had a chain draped around the right shoulder.
