Iwa Kunoichi appeared in Naruto Shippuden episode: 190, “Naruto and the Old Soldier.” She was the jonin rank shinobi who led the Iwagakure troops to attack Konoha village because, after the invasion of Otogakure and Sunagakure, it became weak and to take advantage of it, Iwagakure launched the attack.

Iwa Kunoichi appeared after so many of genin were sacrificed by her. She tried to sneak attack Kosuke Maruboshi but somehow, he dodged all her attacks and countered them soon but he fell, Naruto Uzumaki came to Kosuke's rescue.

Kosuke questioned Iwa Kunoichi why she did not appear at the front line of the attack and in reply, she said that genin are for that. This made Kosuke angry and then he defeated her with his Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique against her Earth Style: Earth-Dragon.

Iwa Kunoichi is heartless and does not care about anyone except herself. She looked down on people which in the end, lead to her defeat.
