This man was the head of the Kaguya Clan. He ordered his clan to enter Kirigakure and destroy it, which resulted in the extinction of the Kaguya clan, except for Kimimaro, who became the sole survivor of the clan.

He kept Kimimaro locked away because of his terrifying abilities, even within the Kaguya Clan, until one day, he released him to help destroy Kirigakure. After reaching Kirigakure’s outskirts, he ordered the entire clan to enter the village and destroy it in order to show the clan’s ferocity. Although they briefly gained the upper hand, they were soon surrounded and outmatched. Knowing they would lose, the clan chief instructed the remaining members to have fun and take as many of the enemies with them as possible, which resulted in the deaths of all the members except Kimimaro.
As the leader of the Kaguya clan, he was a brutal and battle-loving person like the rest of his clan. He appeared to be quite proud yet foolish, declaring war on the much more military-organized Kirigakure in order to establish his clan’s superiority, while instructing Kimimaro not to overthink it and simply follow his instincts. He also appeared to be courageous, but he lacked tactics, as when surrounded by the enemy, he said to just fight to the death and have fun while doing it.
He was cold to his clansmen who posed a threat, as he imprisoned Kimimaro purely out of fear of his unusual powers, and released him only to be used for their clan’s objectives.
The Patriarch was characterized by his pale skin, masculine features, a vicious look in his eyes, and two red dots on his forehead which were shared by all members of the clan, black hair tied and organized in two tight strands, similar to sideburns, and a zigzag pattern on the cranial part.
He was dressed in a long-sleeved shirt with a sleeveless kimono over it.
His abilities were not shown in battle but he is assumed to be a powerful shinobi, given that he was among the last to be killed by the Kiri forces, aside from Kimimaro.
A. The Kaguya clan’s leader's past life is not much known. His name hasn’t been revealed either. He only ever cared about showing how superior his clan is compared to others.
