Kamakiri Ikeno is a character in the Naruto series that appeared in an OVA (Original Video Animation) of the Naruto series with the title, Chunin Exam on Fire! Naruto vs. Konohamaru. He is stated to be a genin-level shinobi in the OVA belonging to Kirigakure, also known as the Village Hidden in the Mist.

Very little is known about his childhood and past other than the fact that Kamakiri is shinobi from Kirigakure and participated in the Chunin Exams in the OVA. He proved himself to be a capable shinobi and managed to get qualified for the final round of the chunin exams. Unfortunately, the details about his match, like who he fought or who won that match, are unknown to this day.
This is the only instance when Kamakiri appeared in the anime. Based on this minimal appearance, he is believed to be alive until any additional piece of information comes to light suggesting otherwise. Additionally, Kamakiri is just a part of the Naruto anime and does not appear or receive any mentions in the Naruto manga, making him a non-canon character in the series.
Due to his lack of appearance in the series and any related information, almost nothing is known about Kamakiri’s personality or his true nature.
Kamakiri is a young man with dark eyes, thin eyebrows, and long, white hair that has been pulled back into a tiny ponytail and bandages that cover the bottom half of his face. His attire consists of a scarlet belt fastened around his waist and a purple kimono with waves at the ends of its long sleeves. Kamakiri carries his weapons strapped on his back.
Although Kamakiri is a genin-level ninja from the Hidden Mist Village, close to no information is available about the skills and abilities he possesses. However, it is stated that he fights using two Kama (Japanese Sickle). The two Kama that Kamakiri uses resemble a regular kunai in size but are more twisted in shape.
