Kanchi is a Kokushi’s son and lives in a village where Boro used his Dark Cloud (Dark Mist) Technique to make all villagers ill and then came to cure them so they will believe him as a saviour and join the Otutsuki Cult group. Boro came to the village and reversed his technique which made all villagers believe that Boro was the saviour and he would give them a great future.
