In the past, Kokatsu was said to be part of the Allied Shinobi Forces and treat like a hero but soon he became an alcoholic. He is Kawaki’s father, who he used to beat to do work and buy alcohol for him. He also forced him to cut the tree to sell it so he could get money to buy alcohol and when he failed to do it, Kokatsu used to beat him and not give him any food.
After some time, Jigen (Isshiki Otsutsuki) came to take Kawaki in exchange for money. Kokatsu agreed to it and left his home with a lot of money. Jigen wanted to use Kawaki as a vessel.
Kokatsu is abusive and does not care about anyone. He used to beat his son without any hesitation and did not care if he lived or not.
Kokatsu is a tall, strong-looking shinobi with fair skin. He has spiky black hair that has a hawk style in the middle. He has a goat beard and side buns who wears an open black vest and black trousers.
Kokatsu never showed any abilities of his but he is strong and as a former Allied Shinobi Force shinobi, he must be a Jonin rank shinobi and maybe know all the basic jutsu and techniques.
