Kyuroku Wagarashi in Naruto

Kyuroku Wagarashi is one of the main clan Wagarashi leader in the Degarashi Port who wishes to take control over the island. Thus he challenged Jirocho Wasabi, the leader of the Wasabi Family, to have a Todoroki Shrine Race and whoever wins the race would take control over the Degarashi Port.

Kyuroku gave Aoi Rokusho money to injure or kill the Wasabi Family members and he did so and told them not to participate in the race. He even bribed the Evil Minister so that he would favor them in the race.

Later, when Idate Morino won the race, Kyuroku and the Evil Minister opposed the outcome and showed pictures of Idate taking help from Naruto Uzumaki. He even said it is illegal and he cheated but the Daimyo of the Land of Tea denied it and showed him pictures of Kyuroku giving a bribe to the Evil Minister. His clan disbanded after the incident and would never take control over the Degarashi Port.

He is a liar and cruel person who wants to Degarashi Port for his own benefit. He and his clan members used to take money from shop owners and also never give money to them whenever they eat or take something from the shop.

He is a middle age man with black hair and a mustache. He wears a green Kimono shirt and a white-pink lower. He has dark eyes and a small circle around his left eyebrow.
