Minoji in Naruto

Minoji was born and brought up in Konoha village. He went to Konoha academy and graduated as a genin. He teamed up with Shibire and Tanzo and together they entered the chunin exams.

Minoji and his teammates passed the first round of the chunin exams and then in the 2nd round, on the 4th day in the Forest of Death, he and Shibire tried to look into the scroll, which led to both of them falling unconscious till the 2nd stage got over. The scroll contained the technique which became active if someone opened the scroll alone, and not with another scroll at the tower in the Forest of Death.

Some years later, in Naruto’s Footsteps arc, Minoji, alongside his teammates, participated in the chunin exams held by Konoha and Sunagakure (the Village Hidden in the Sand). In the first stage, they had to clear the written test and Shikamaru Nara and Timari served as proctors.

Minoji and his teammates were sent to different classrooms and they all had to attempt the tricky question. They all passed the first stage.

In the Second Stage, they had to reach the other center which is located in the Sunagakure. Minoji and his teammates did not reach on time, leading them to fail.

Minoji is cheerful but not very intelligent. He also doesn’t have patience, which led him to prematurely open the scroll in the first chunin exam.

Minoji has spiky black hair and green marks on both sides of his eyes. He wears a gray high-collared jacket with gray pants and sandals. He has fair skin and slanted eyes.

Minoji never showed any shinobi techniques in the series but as a genin, he must know the basic techniques. He also has good stamina as he ran from Konoha village to Sand village continuously. for three days and nights.
