Neon’s mother is a scientist and researcher. She works in the Kaminarion company as an executive and she is a friend of the famous actress Hibari Kamakura. Her daughter Neon Asakusa is a childhood friend of her friend's daughter, Osuka Kamakura. She appeared in Boruto episode: 309, “Himawari Kidnapping,” she came to pick up her daughter Neon from the academy school because she was going on the same route.
When Neon’s mother asked Osuka about her mother, Osuka did not know. Neon’s mother then went home with her daughter.
