Otora in Naruto

Very little is known about Otora as his past is still shrouded in mystery. In the series, Otora was introduced as a Sunagakure citizen, a drunk man who would wander around the village with a bottle in his hand.

Otora made his debut in the anime in the Konoha Crush Arc. In the storyline, one night while wandering around the village in a drunk state, Otora ran into Gaara and began insulting them. However, after taking a good look at Gaara, he realized who he was talking to and was filled with fear. When Gaara saw the fear of him in Otora’s eyes, he lost control and killed Otora by accident.

Otora was a heavy drinker and was very rude, yelling at others without a second thought over minor inconveniences. As he was a drunkard, he paid little to no attention to things and would yell at others without looking.

Otora had black eyes and short black hair. He had a beige hat on his head, and only the back of some of his hair was visible. He also wore a purple shirt with a collar.

Otora was a citizen, a drunkard of Sunagakure, and did not possess any combat abilities.
