Raimei is a shinobi who was one of the fighters who fought in the Coliseum, in a tournament where many big companies or rich people hire shinobi to fight against the shinobi of other companies to gain profit, and also, a new servant. He was hired by Makibi, who is the president of the Makibi Company. He is one of the supporting characters in the Naruto anime series and manga that was written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

Raimei appeared in the Sasuke Shiden arc when he went to the Coliseum to learn more about En Oyashiro and exploding humans. There, Raimei fought against Suzuran in the battleground of the Coliseum and won the match by using the Lightning Release Technique. He was fighting for the Makibi Company.
Raimei seems energetic and calm. He is confident in his skill and that’s why was able to defeat Suzuran.
Raimei wears a white Kimono and blue trousers. He also has bandages rolled around his forearms and has brown spiky hair. He also wears a gray cloth to hold his Kimono and shinobi sandals.
Raimei is skilled and quick. He was able to defeat Suzuran with his Lighting Release Technique which turned him into a thunderbolt and he shocked Suzuran, which made him win the contest.
