Ryurimaru in Naruto

Very little is known about Ryurimaru, as it was just introduced as Hisen’s summon and thus it did not play a big role in the series. Ryurimaru originally debuted in the Naruto Mission: Protect The Waterfall Village novel. However, as stated earlier, close to nothing is known about Ryurimaru.

Even though Ryurimaru was Hisen’s summoning creature, it was also summoned by Shibuki (Hisen’s son) in his battle against Suien, a jonin-level rouge shinobi of Takigakure. Additionally, it is stated that Ryurimaru is deceased but the exact circumstances of his unfortunate demise still remain a mystery.

There isn't much information available regarding Ryurimaru's personality as it was introduced in the novel as Hisen’s summon and did not showcase any kind of personality traits. However, it is stated that It was loyal to and abided by its summoner’s commands as with most of the summons.

It is stated that Ryurimaru was a red-white catfish that was six times as large as an adult male human.

The full extent of Ryurimaru is unknown but it is stated that it was adept in the Transformation Technique. It changes into a huge golden dragon when Hisen says, "Dragon God Transform."
