Ryusui in Naruto

He and Yudaichi were the ones who delivered corpses to the high tower in Amegakure, which is where Pain used to be. Their most recent delivery consisted of the corpse of what would be the second Animal Path.

When he and his partner were captured by Jiraiya, he refused to reveal any information to him. When Jiraiya used the tickle torture on his partner and turned him into a frog, this frightened Ryusui into revealing information about Pain. Jiraiya tries to keep Ryusui under control but is found by Konan and he is able to escape.

Ryusui is highly loyal to Pain and Amegakure. He looks up to Pain with admiration and as he was their village's savior, he will swiftly admonish anyone who insults or even complains about him. He is a proud person who refuses to betray his comrades even if he's being interrogated. He feels a sense of resentment towards outsiders who don't know anything about his village. He is seen as being a cheapskate too.

Ryusui has a long chin length, light brown hair, and light-colored eyes. He wears the Amegakure forehead protector like a Bandana and has a black beard. He has a scratch through the village symbol on his forehead protector to indicate his loyalty to Pain. He wears a long thick white scarf around his neck with one piece of the scarf hanging down the front to below his waist. He wears a black long-sleeved shirt with a white belt around the black shirt. He also wears a pair of short black pants with bandages on his legs. He also wears a pair of black shinobi sandals.

His skills are similar to that of a genin, as told by Jiraiya.

"Go ahead, make me a frog or whatever! I'm not telling one more damned thing! Even us underlings have our pride, that of a shinobi…! I don't have anything else to tell an outsider who doesn't know a thing about our country!"
