Sara's Daughter is a fictional character in the Naruto movie, Naruto Shippuden the Movie: The Lost Tower. She is the daughter of Sara, the last queen of Roran, and the granddaughter of Seramu.

In the movie, it was stated that she is the daughter of Sara and granddaughter of Seramu. Unfortunately, this is the extent of the information available about her past and heritage. Even her name is unknown. Additionally, she does not have any appearance or any mention in the Naruto manga, making her a non-canon character.
In the movie, using her late mother's Chakra Blade, which she acquired from a hero in a dream, she confronts Team 7, Naruto Uzumaki specifically, after they leave Roran's ruins and claims that she sensed a disturbance in the Ryumyaku. She explains to them how her mother gave her the Chakra Blade so she may inherit her will and go on defending her people after Roran was obliterated during the battle.
Naruto says after leaving that he saw her somewhere before but can't remember where. This is the only instance Sara's Daughter ever appeared in the Naruto series.
