Shikazo is a fictional character in the popular manga and its anime adaptation, the Naruto series, written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

Shikazo is a Naruto series filler character who made his debut in Naruto Shippuden Episode 181, "Naruto’s School of Revenge." He was a distant relative of Tsukado, a master swordsman. Additionally, he is only a part of the Naruto anime which makes him a filler, non-canon character in the series.

Very little is known about Shikazo as his past is still shrouded in mystery. Shikazo was a distant relative of Tsukado, a master swordsman. He was killed at the hands of Kageki, the twin brother of Katazu, by accident.
Shikazo made his debut in the anime with the Past Arc: The Locus of Konoha. In the storyline, it was revealed that at some point in time, Shikazo borrowed some money from Kageki. When Kageki needed the money for his family, he asked Shikazo to return the money that he had borrowed from him.
To Kageki’s surprise, Shikazo refused to pay him back, which resulted in a fight between the two. Unfortunately, during this chaos, Shikazo fell and hit his head hard on a pickling stone and met his demise. Katazu, Kageki’s twin brother, took the blame for Shikazo’s death to save his brother.
Kageki and his family went into hiding while Katazu attracted the pursuers looking to take revenge for Shikazo’s death. Tsukado, a master swordsman and a distant relative of Shikazo was chosen to track down Katazu and eliminate him to avenge Shikazo’s death.
Shikazo had a limited appearance and didn’t have the opportunity to display his personality traits. Based on the information at hand, Shikazo was a dishonest man as he refused to pay back the money he borrowed from Kageki.
Shikazo was an elderly man with short gray hair. He covered each ankle and wrist with a white warmer. He was dressed in a white baggy karate-style outfit with a white belt around his waist. He also wore green shorts and sandals.
Shikazo was an old man of unknown origin. Based on the information available, he never received any formal combat training, thus, he didn’t possess any battle skills.
