Shiranami

After Hotaru's return to the village, he was among those villagers who were around her when she was talking to the Village chief.

After Hotaru escapes from the Magaki group with Utakata's help, Shiranami meets up with his people. They informed him about what happened and Shiranami gives them a book consisting of the missing ninja in which Utakata's name is there and the bounty on his is set at 50 million. While he searches for Hotaru, he keeps his presence hidden and sees the Anbu from Kirigakure trying to take away Utakata and decides not to interfere.

He also begins to spy on Team Yamato to find out more information on them and finds out that the kinjutsu is embedded in Hotaru. He starts to think when he finds out that there is a way to destroy it which was exactly what Hotaru and Team Yamato were thinking of. Hotaru suggests that she tries to find Shiranami herself as she thinks that he is still loyal to her grandfather.

As Shiranami gets to know their plan he disguises himself as an old farmer and tells Naruto that Shiranami lives in a hut near the waterfall where he had set up a trap for them. He then went to Hotaru who was busy searching for Utakata. When he met her he acted quite sympathetically towards her feelings and said that he also wanted to restore the clan.

He managed to convince her to not destroy the kinjutsu and she still informed Tonbee she had changed her plans. Not wanting anyone to interfere he knocked Hotaru out and brought her back to the village. While his men were on guard, Shiranami began the process to remove the kinjutsu.

Hotaru was forced to gather natural energy and as this was happening Naruto and Utakata arrived to confront Shiranami. He fights them and reveals his plan to use this jutsu to conquer the world and use Hotaru as his tool. With the help of their Tailed Beast chakra, Naruto and Utakata were able to attack him and tried to take back Hotaru.

Shiranami intervenes and uses the kinjutsu activated on Hotaru's back and causes a huge explosion. As he tries to use it again he sees that he's no longer able to control Hotaru as his technique is broken. He escapes into the forest but is stopped by Naruto who defeats him by using his Rasengan.

Shiranami is a calm and patient person. His father was very loyal to protecting the forbidden techniques of the Tsuchigumo clan and thought that his son would do the same. However, Shiranami is apathetic and doesn't care about morals or anyone else's feelings which is seen when he doesn't even hesitate to kill his own father to gain his own goals.

He thought of Hotaru as his tool and no one should stand in his way. He also abandoned his village and doesn't care about it one bit.

Shiranami has shaggy back hair and bangs that frame his face. He has creases underneath his eyes like Itachi with black eyes that have no eyelashes. He is also tall and well muscled. He wears a high collared blue cloak with a symbol which proves that he's worthy to weird his clan's kinjutsu and a black top with dark pants.

Shiranami is considered to be a very gifted Ninja who even surpassed his own father. He was known to be able to the Tsuchigumo clan's Kinjutsu at a very young age and can also use a technique to force somebody to gather natural energy.

This allows him to use the kinjutsu against the person's will. He could use character Bind Technique which allowed him to hide and go undetected and he could also use collaborative techniques like Infinite Embrace which allowed him to escape easily whenever he was caught.
