Shizuka

She was born into a family that leads the Nadeshiko Village, and her family has been leading the village for a long time. She was the Village Leader during Naruto Shippuden's Series era and a strong Kunoichi.

Kokuyo, who wanted her hand in marriage in order to control Nadeshiko Village, approached her repeatedly despite a catastrophic defeat in every confrontation. Shizuka had battled Kokuy ninety-eight times before meeting Naruto, dispatching him with ease each time and sending him flying.

Shizuka's Love For Sagiri

When Shizuka was under her training to become the Kunoichi, she fell for a man named Sagiri, who was a tradesman from another village. He had come to do business and trading work in the Nadeshiko Village and wanted to change the rule of the village but ended up being ambushed by someone, and still, no one knows who did it.

Shizuka’s Mentor’s Promise

Years ago, one night, her mentor met Jiraiya, who had come to her hamlet to conduct "research" for his upcoming book. She chased him after he ran away and demanded a duel in exchange for his hand in marriage.

Jiraiya requested that the duel be called off because neither side was making progress against the other as it continued far into the following day, and the village chief reluctantly consented.

Jiraiya vowed that if they never ran across each other again, their disciples would seek each other out and engage in combat. This responsibility fell on Shizuka, one of her students, and Naruto Uzumaki, Jiraiya's final student.

The Fight Between Naruto and Shizuka

Kokuyo appears to be followed as he forcefully attempts to win Shizuka’s hand in marriage. She and her companion Tokiwa were reportedly traveling to the Land of Fire in search of Jiraiya's student, whom he had foolishly stated would one day have to battle Shizuka and demand her hand in marriage. Shizuka discovered Naruto and immediately started fighting him.

She uses her Dance Performance: Second Step, Violent Whirlwind, and Deep Crimson Dance Performance in the Nadeshiko style to eliminate his shadow clones while successfully keeping him at bay. However, as she closes in for the kill after believing Naruto has been defeated, she is shocked to discover that it was only a shadow clone.

Kokuyo interrupts their duel once more but Shizuka takes down his enormous puppet effortlessly. However, this time Kokuy uses his Hundred Puppet Soul Binding method, causing Shizuka to be under his control. However, Naruto saves her by dispatching Kokuy with ease.

After that, Naruto tells her that he has a crush on someone else while discussing her village's regulations and his ability to modify them. After meeting Naruto, Shizuka had a change of heart and swore to become more resilient for a certain someone.

Shizuka used to be a happy and enjoyable person who loved to go around the village and interact with people. However, Shizuka was devastated by Sagiri's passing and stopped loving anyone, so she would never experience another loss of a loved one, and so she could grow stronger.

Tokiwa believes that she is torturing herself. She expressed her opposition to the legislation in her community when she was with Sagiri to get it changed.

After hearing Naruto's commitment to making Sakura happier, she decides to grow significantly in strength and hopes that one day she will be able to fall in love without having to coerce someone.

Shizuka is a fair-skinned girl with an average height and a slim, athletic body type. She has green eyes and black hair that is waist length and trimmed in a hime style, with small bangs and chin-length strands framing her face.

When not engaged in combat, she dons a beige hooded robe or a light green kimono. On missions, she wears the slim-fitting kunoichi uniform of her village, which is gray and has a gap in the blouse that partially exposes her ample cleavage. She also wears black forehead protection.

She is the best Kunoichi in her village and one of the most capable in the Naruto series. She is good with Shinobi Weapons like Kunai and uses them with her technique.

She fires a relentless volley of kunai with pinpoint precision. She was even impressed with Naruto because he dodged it, as it is hard to avoid this attack.

Dance Performance: Second Step

She takes a miniature tornado-like appearance as she rapidly rotates around. The user will simultaneously discharge a massive barrage of kunai at several targets during this action.

Nadeshiko-Style Hardliner Revolving Cut

She uses wind chakra to hide one leg before striking and destroying the Kokuyō Machine, with a devastating falling kick. This kick was strong enough to cut through a puppet that was powered by a machine.

The user assaults the opponent with wind-natured chakra by encasing their hand in it. The impact's force is sufficient to generate a powerful shock wave that can induce visible fractures without direct contact.
