His teammates were furious with him as because of him they were also disqualified. Kotetsu Hagane was the one who caught him cheating five times and then threw a kunai on his paper. As the written test rule was that if anyone caught cheating five times, they will be disqualified alongside their teammates. He was sitting just behind Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga.
