Takajo Torikai is a fictional character in the popular manga and its anime adaptation, the Naruto series, written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

Takajo Torikai is a character in the Naruto series that first appeared in volume 48, chapter 451 of the Naruto manga with the title, Dealing with Sasuke!! He is a resident and a tokubetsu jonin of Konohagakure, also known as the Village Hidden in the Leaves, and works at the Konoha Aviary.

Very little is known about Takajo as his past is shrouded in mystery. However, it is stated that Takajo is a tokubetsu jonin of Konohagakure, and works at the Konoha Aviary.
Interestingly, Takajo is a manga-exclusive character with no appearances in the Naruto anime.
Takajo first appeared in the Five Kage Summit Arc. In the manga chapter, Takajo and his teammates gather and disperse communications to and from the village following Pain's assault on Konoha. Takajo is shocked to learn that Danzo Shimura has been chosen as the new Hokage as Tsunade Senju, the Fifth Hokage was incapacitated after Pain's assault.
This is the only incident where Takajo made an appearance and he hasn’t reappeared since. Due to the lack of information, it is hard to determine whether Takajo is still alive or not. For the time being, Takajo is believed to be alive and well until any additional information comes to light suggesting otherwise.
Almost nothing is known about Takajo's personality or true nature due to his limited appearance in the series and any relevant information. However, in his brief appearance, Takajo was shocked after learning that Danzo Shimura was chosen as the Sixth Hokage and was saddened by this development.
Takajo is a young man with shoulder-length blonde hair, small, dark eyes, and the Konoha forehead protector wrapped around his head like a bandana. He is dressed in the standard Konoha-shinobi attire, consisting of a dark outfit paired with standard shinobi sandals, minus the flak jacket.
Takajo is stated to be a tokubetsu jonin, but the spectrum of his abilities is still unknown.
