Tessa is a fictional character in the popular manga and its anime adaptation, the Naruto series, written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

Very little is known about Tessa as her past is still shrouded in mystery. In the series, Tessa was introduced as a Sunagakure kunoichi and a member of the Allied Shinobi Forces. Additionally, Tessa is a manga-exclusive character and never made any visual appearances in the Naruto anime.
Tessa made her debut in the Naruto series in Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation Arc. In the storyline, Tessa was assigned to the Fourth Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces. Before the war had begun, Tessa was among the many other shinobi who were present with Gaara, the Fifth Kazekage. Tessa was mesmerized and filled with courage by Gaara’s speech. After the speech had ended, she cheered for Gaara.
As Tessa has not made an appearance since it is hard to determine whether she is alive or dead. For the time being, based on her last status, she is presumed to be alive and well until any additional information comes to light suggesting otherwise.
Tessa had a minimal appearance in the series and never had the opportunity to express her personality. However, based on her sparse appearance, it can be said that Tessa idolized Gaara and admired him. She was mesmerized and enthusiastic after witnessing Gaara’s inspirational speech before the war had begun.
According to the datebook, Tessa has black eyes and blonde hair that falls to her shoulders and frames her face. She's got on the standard Sunagakure flak jacket, denoting her chunin status, and the forehead protector of the Allied Shinobi Forces.
