Tezutsu Mikawa is a fictional character in the popular manga and its anime adaptation, the Naruto series, written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

Tezutsu is a character in the Naruto series that appeared in an OVA (Original Video Animation) of the Naruto series with the title, Chunin Exam on Fire! Naruto vs. Konohamaru. He is a genin-level shinobi in the OVA belonging to Kumogakure, also known as the Village Hidden in the Clouds.

Very little is known about his childhood and past other than the fact that he is a shinobi from Kumogakure and participated in the Chunin Exams in the OVA. He proved himself to be a capable shinobi and managed to get qualified for the final round of the chunin exams. Unfortunately, the details about his match, like who he fought or who won that match, are unknown to this day.
This is the only instance Tezutsu ever appeared in the anime. Based on this minimal appearance, Tezutsu is believed to be alive until any additional piece of information comes to light suggesting otherwise. Additionally, Tezutsu is just a part of the Naruto anime and does not appear or receive any mentions in the Naruto manga, making him a non-canon character in the series.
Due to his lack of appearance in the series and any related information, almost nothing is known about Tezutsu’s personality or his true nature.
Tezutsu has spiked brown hair, bushy brown eyebrows, and a green teardrop tattoo on his left cheek. His attire consists of a blue kimono with white trimmings, a mesh armored shirt with visible red trimming on top, white bandages on his legs, and white shorts with red triangle patterns. His headband is white with a rope tie and it has red markings on it. He also carries a cannon strapped on his back.
Although Tezutsu is a genin-level ninja from the Hidden Cloud Village, close to no information is available about the skills and abilities he possesses. However, it is stated that he uses a cannon in battle.
