Tokuma Hyuga in Naruto

After Naruto defeated Pain, Tokuma, Muta, and Ranka are sent to help Anko's team to search one of Orochimaru's hiding places to find Kabuto Yakushi and sent back to the village from the mission. Tokuma informed them about Pain's attack on the village and Danzo Shimura's election as the Sixth Hokage when they arrived.

Tokuma in Infiltration and Reconnaissance Squad

After Obito Uchiha declared the Fourth Shinobi War in the Five Kage Summit, all five nations joined and formed the Allied Shinobi Force. This saw the Hidden Leaf Village send Tokuma’s Infiltration and reconnaissance Squad to investigate Kabuto’s hideout.

He investigated a trail of bodies left by Kabuto and questions whether it was a planned move and what Kabuto's aims were. He scouts ahead with his Byakugan at Anko's request as the route appears to come to an end outside of a desolate location.

He informs the group with horror that he saw Kabuto talking to an unknown man from Akatsuki before the two moved in the direction of what appeared to be an underground entrance.

Right before the Fourth Shinobi World War started, Tokuma and his squad were seen scouting out the rest of the Mountains' Graveyard, where he found the Zetsu army hidden deep underground. The moment Anko realized they were moving, she gave them orders to return to base right once and tell the rest of their force while she stayed behind and attempted to enter the hideout.

Tokuma notices an opposition team closing in while he is running away, which causes him to command his squad to keep running while he tries to fight them off. When the Akatsuki team captures Tokuma, Sasori forces him to battle his allies. However, Omoi eventually liberated him by severing Sasori's chakra threads, and he was subsequently sent to Kiri for treatment.

Tokuma is a composed and sensible individual. His willingness to give his life to help his friends escape from Akatsuki's Surprise Attack and Diversion Platoon is evidence that his friends and family life matter more to him.

Tokuma is seen wearing the traditional Konoha shinobi outfit, which includes a flak jacket and a bandanna-style brow protector. He has the same Byakugan eyes like other Hyuga clan members, shoulder-length brown hair that is spiky, and two long bangs that frame each side of his face.

He has nearly 360-degree vision, the ability to see through objects, and the chakra pathway system, like other Byakugan users. Tokuma currently owns the best Byakugan in his clan, according to Muta Aburame. Having trained his Byakugan, particularly for this purpose, Tokuma is a skilled tracker as well.
