Who is Kasumi

Kasumi’s background is shrouded in mystery. Her clan, lineage, or details about her clan or role in the series is still unknown. She had a very limited appearance in the manga or in its anime adaptation. She first appeared in episode 41 of the original Naruto series, titled Kunoichi Rumble: The Rivals Get Serious!

She makes an appearance alongside Ami and Fuki in a flashback to Ino Yamanaka and Sakura Haruno's time at the Hidden Leaf Ninja Academy. She also appears in the anime's flashback of Naruto's shuriken training.
