Menma Uzumaki is a character from the movie Naruto: Road to Ninja. He is the antagonist. He is the son of Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze in an alternate universe in Naruto. This makes him Naruto's counterpart, and he is the jinchuriki of the Black Nine-Tails.

In an alternate universe, Menma Uzumaki was born to Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze. His parents were alive and did not die in the Nine-Tails attack. He enrolled in the academy and became a genin, and was later promoted to a jonin.
The Black Nine-Tails was safely removed from Kushina and put in Menma, who mastered its power. Menma had left the village for unknown reasons. Not even his family and friends were aware of why he did this.
Menma started kidnapping shinobis with rare Kekkei Genkai. He soon met Tobi who told him all about the Eye of the Moon Plan, and Menma offered to help him. He then started targeting jinchurikis.
After meeting Tobi, Menma attacks the Hokage’s office and demands the Red Moon scroll. When Naruto and Sakura arrive there, they realize that he was the masked man Tsunade was talking about. He defeats Naruto and Sakura with ease, takes the scroll, and destroys the area of Konoha in the process.
When Naruto comes face to face with Menma again, he attacks Menma and tries to regain possession of the scroll. Menma summons the Nine Masked Beasts and tries to attack Naruto, but the Akatsuki arrive before that happens and they handle the masked beasts.
Menma continues fighting Naruto, and when Naruto’s Rasenshuriken hits him, his mask breaks. As his face is revealed, Naruto realizes that Menma is his counterpart. Menma absorbs the Nine Masked Beasts to summon the Black Nine-Tails. Naruto becomes overwhelmed but with the help of the Nine-Tails ultimately manages to knock Menma out.
Tobi takes control of Menma’s body and tries to extract the Nine-Tails out of Naruto. Naruto uses the Red Moon Scroll but fails as Tobi manages to cut the scroll, making Naruto look into Tobi’s Sharingan. As the Nine-Tails is being extracted from Naruto, Sakura steps in and saves him. Naruto then recovers and defeats the possessed Menma the same way in which Minato had defeated Tobi before. He leaves Menma’s body. Minato and Kushina arrive at the location to check up on an unconscious Menma, who returns to his original state.
Naruto and Sakura are transported back to their own world after saying their goodbyes.
Menma is a S-rank criminal. Being a part of the Uzumaki clan he has a good stamina level. After being possessed by Tobi, he gained the Sharingan which gave him all those abilities too.
He is also a jinchuriki of the Black Nine-Tails, and he does not have a seal on the beast which allows him to make full use of his power. He can also unleash the beast, like a summoning. Due to his hatred, he bonded well with the beast.
He can also sense hatred in people and can sense the hate Kurama had for Naruto. His techniques are just the alternate versions of Naruto. He is also quite skilled in taijutsu.
Menma creates a dark purple-like orb of chakra surrounded by a series of white rings of chakra that orbit the main sphere. These rings then align into one disc-like shape around the orb, causing the rings to resemble planetary rings.
The user creates an exceptionally powerful spiraling ring that can cause massive destruction on impact. Menma used this technique to destroy most of Konoha, which was quite similar to Pain’s attack on the village.
