Who is Suiu in Naruto?

Suiu was among those kids who failed to pass the first stage of the chunin exams. He and Samidare and 13 other Amegakure genin were followed by Team 7 and 10 to find out what they were doing in Amegakure and what they were actually after. After failing their first attempt, the Ame genin attacked them using their technique to obtain the legacy of the Fourth Hokage but they were stopped by Sasuke Uchiha who defeated them using his Chidori.

Suiu used Water Release and with the help and cooperation of his comrades he used the Grudge Rain technique against many enemies. He is also capable of causing deceptive maneuvers like creating a rocks slide and following in the Shadows of rocks to attack when the enemy avoids them.
