The Wind Daimyo is from the Land of Wind and is the current Daimyo of the Land of Wind. He is one of the supporting characters in the Naruto anime series and manga that was written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

The Wind Daimyo first appeared when the five great shinobi nations’ meeting was held to give approval for the Allied Shinobi Forces to fight against Madara Uchiha and Obito Uchiha, who declared war against the shinobi world in the Five Kage Summit in the Land of Iron.
The Wind Daimyo, alongside other Daimyo, approved the formation of the Allied Shinobi Forces to tackle Madara and Obito in the Fourth Shinobi War.
Before the Fourth Shinobi World War began, all the Daimyo were sent to a safe place altogether so Madra and Obito could not take them hostage. Later, they are all captured in the Infinite Tsukuyomi, but when Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha are able to undo the Infinite Tsukuyomi, the Wind Daimyo, as well as the whole world, are set free.
Wind Daimyo seems to be cheerful and someone who loves to play cards. He was one of the Daimyo who trusted the shinobi and gave his approval to the Allied Shinobi Force.
The Wind Daimyo has a chubby body and face. He has a thin mustache and beard and wears a green cloak. He wears a light green Kimono under the cloak and has a traditional Daimyo hat with a few leaf patterns.
