Yubina in Boruto

Yubina appeared in Boruto in the Kara Actuation arc in episode: 159 “The Hashirama Cell.” Mitsuki was infected by the Hashirama Cells while fighting against Anato. As there was no hospital nearby, Mugino suggested a place where Mitsuki can be treated, and led them to Yubina’s clinic that is near to the place.

When they reached the small facility of Yubina, a man came out from the door who came there to show his injured leg, but because of Yubina’s unique treatment method, he wanted to just get away from her. She loves to listen to people in pain when she treats them and tries to make them feel pain more for her pleasure. Boruto Uzumaki and Sarada Uchiha were concerned about Mitsuki after seeing the way Yubina treated patients, but when she treated Boruto’s injury in just a second, that made them trust her.

Yubina asked Sarada to assist her as she knew the basics about Medical Ninjutsu. Soon, she was successfully able to take out the Hashirama Cells from Mitsuki's body, and treated him. Furthermore, Yubina confirmed rumors that the first Hokage's cells (Hashirama Senju) were being collected for sale on the black market and that a similar condition had appeared in a young girl (Kona).

The group decided to travel to the Land of Silence to find the source. As his immune system showed such qualities, Mitsuki would stay behind to heal and aid Yubina in creating a treatment for the infection. After she was able to treat Kona with Mitsuki’s help, she told Mitsuki that he can go and help his teammates.

Later, when Yubina was bored as no patients were coming to her, a loud sound came from outside the clinic and when she went there, she saw Mitsuki, Sarada, and Boruto, heavily injured while fighting against Deepa, who had defeated them. Somehow Mitsuki used his Sage Mode to rescue and escape from there. Yubina gave them first aid but because she had no advanced equipment, she contacted Konohamaru Sarutobi and Mugino to take them to Konoha village for further treatment.

Yubina loves to see people in pain when she treats them, but she is also a kind person who just doesn't want anyone to die in front of her. She smirks a lot when someone comes for treatment that makes her look like an evil person, but actually she is good. She hates it when someone keeps on complaining and feels disappointed if the person does not scream much while she is treating them.

Yubina has purple eyes and brown short hair. She wears a doctor’s outfit but the color is pink, and she wears a black leggings. She also wears white clothes underneath her pink coat and red lipstick. She wears an evil smile.

Yubina is one of the most skilled doctors and medical shinobi who can treat most injuries in one go. She can use the Mystical Palm Technique (Healing Jutsu) to detect the main source of injury, just like she did when she treated Mitsuki. She is also very skilled in Fuinjutsu (Sealing Jutsu) that she used on Kona to slow down the effect of the Hashirama Senju cell infection.
