Los Santos County consists of 5 cities, viz., Los Santos, Davis, Del Perro, Chumash and Rockford Hills. Los Santos is the capital of Los Santos County and also the main city. The others are incorporated cities with Chumash being a town.

Los Santos County is based on Los Angeles County in California. It is more developed than Blaine County as the city of Los Santos is a part of it. Los Santos is a busy metropolitan city which makes up most of the population of Los Santos County.
It also has a large part that is a forest area and is used for hiking, hunting, and other outdoor activities. The Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department is in charge of patrol in Los Santos County.
