The Arcadius Business Center located in Pillbox Hill in the heart of Los Santos is based on the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
The Arcadius Business Center is a skyscraper with a unique circular design and has interconnected towers. The elevators can be seen moving up and down on the outside of the building. The building has a plaza below it and its entrance is located on Alta Street. A sculpture of navigational arrows is present in the plaza of the building. A red carpet is laid out from the driveway to the main doors. Outside the main entrance, a sign suggests that there is valet parking available here for $2.00.
This business center is connected to the Union Depository via a footbridge. An underground parking lot can be accessed from both Las Lagunas Boulevard and Alta Street. Many vehicles can be seen entering and leaving the parking lot at different times during the day.
Three’s Company - While Michael is rescuing Ferdinand Kerimov from the IAA headquarters, Franklin provides him with cover from the top of the Arcadius Business Center.
Surveying the Score - Michael and Franklin observe the Union Depository from the Arcadius Business Center.
The Big Score - In the Obvious Approach, Michael, Franklin and the gunman have to make their way through the Arcadius Business Center’s plaza while fighting the police forces, to reach the underground parking lot after Trevor has the gold.
A building complex with the same design as the Arcadius Business Center is featured in GTA San Andreas, located next to the Atrium.
Roof access is present but only accessible in the enhanced version of GTA Online.
Multiple elevator shafts can be seen on the sides of the building, some of them with elevators seen moving up and down in them. The elevator shaft on the west side of the building is not solid and can be passed through by the player.
On the north wall of the complex facing onto the Del Perro Freeway, graffiti reading "This is broken. Can I return it?" is written, alongside an American flag.
