IAA Headquarters In GTA 5

The IAA Headquarters is based on the Two California Plaza in Los Angeles, California which is a 751-foot (229 m) skyscraper. It is the third tallest structure in Los Santos. The IAA and FIB buildings are both government-operated structures that share a similar architectural design.

The building is a towering structure that boasts 53 floors in total. It is likely to have similar features to the FIB building, such as high-security and restricted areas on the uppermost floors. The remaining floors are most likely dedicated to office space.

This can be inferred from the mission "Three's Company" which offers a glimpse into the numerous offices within the building, as well as the 36th floor which houses a "Legal Affairs" section and a few additional offices.
