Martin Madrazo is a powerful figure in Los Santos, leading a notorious Mexican narcotic gang. Despite numerous court cases related to his criminal activities, he has avoided conviction by silencing potential witnesses.
In 1983, he married Patricia and had a son, but his mistreatment of her and an extramarital affair with Natalia Zverovna have strained their relationship. Madrazo's complex personal life adds depth to his character in GTA V.
Martin Madrazo first appears when Michael De Santa and Franklin Clinton inadvertently destroy his mistress's tennis coach's deck. Madrazo's mistress informs Michael that Madrazo has ordered a hit on him, known as the "green light."
In a confrontation, Madrazo demands to know why Michael destroyed his home and beats him, but later realizes the mistake and asks for $2.5 million to repair the house.
After Michael pays the reparations, Madrazo offers them a job to kill his cousin Javier, who threatens to testify against him. Trevor Philips, who also participated in the job, later becomes enraged when Madrazo refuses payment.
Trevor kidnaps Madrazo's wife, Patricia, and escapes with her. To prevent further trouble, Michael retrieves an Aztec fertility statue and offers it as a peace gesture, and Patricia is returned to Madrazo.
Madrazo warns Trevor not to mistreat Patricia again, and she later contacts Trevor twice, mentioning that she has to cut their calls short because Madrazo is nearby. After these events, Madrazo is not heard from again in the game.
Martin Madrazo is seen dressed in a dark blue suit with a white shirt under the blazer. He wears a brown belt and brown shoes along with a wrist watch on his left hand. He has grey hair which is normally combed backwards.
